Miguel Quintero graduated as an architect from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He worked in a major construction firm before founding KdF, which allowed him to gain experience in the different stages of a project: from viability evaluation to development.

His main skill, and role in KdF, is to understand the client’s priorities to transform projects into an efficient architecture in terms of costs, design, timing and excellence in the final result.

As CEO of KdF he is in charge of managing the process with the client and its team.

OSCAR BELTRÁNProyect Manager
Óscar Beltrán graduated as an architect and an industrial designer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Before founding KdF, he worked as a design director at a leading interior design firm, developing products and spaces that received national and international awards.

His main skill, and role in KdF, is the development of architectural concepts in which he usually involves his experience as a historian. As a project manager in KdF, he is responsible for directing the “concept-design-development” process, both with his team and with suppliers. He has also been a university professor, collaborator in specialized architecture publications, editor of several books and amateur musician.

Daniela graduated as an industrial designer from Universidad del Bosque and has postgraduate studies in design management from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. She is interested in the construction of interior architecture spaces using the deductive methodology. Her greatest strengths are the conceptualization, service design and design development in projects that take into account the connections and relationships between the people that influence space construction.

As a design director at KdF, her main objective is to guide the design team, both as a leader and as a tutor, which has allowed her to learn to define the work profiles required for the creation of an interdisciplinary team, tailored to each project .
